Employment Screening

Caring Hearts Home Healthcare has an extensive and thorough pre-employment screening process. Before an individual becomes an employee they must pass a background check that is processed using fingerprinting and is ran through the TBI/FBI database.

Additional Applicant Process

Other processes include drug screening, numerous internet searches, employment references, and personal references.

Annual Reviews

Yearly audits are performed on the employee files and with 5 out of 5 agency annual audits, we are happy to receive 100s across the board! 

Continuing Education

Once an individual becomes a Caring Hearts team member, we equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to provide the best quality care to our clients. They have yearly continuing education and other training to keep their skills current.

Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, CPR Certification, T.B. Skin Test, and Professional License (if applicable).

We do offer Personal Care Aide Classes for those not certified through the state.
